Alright everyone this will be the first show off for Krzyview.com. This is going to include all areas since we are a new site and we are still just beginning to bring in Registered Members.
We will be taking new entries now. What ever you want to put into this contest put it in. Members ratings will be the determining factor on who win's what place. There will be a special rating system just for this purpose. If there are any ties than those members that are tied shall have a FINAL SHOWDOWN for there place. All entries must be posted by 09/15/08, and all votes must be in by 09/22/08 Winners will be announced by noon 09/23/08, at that time arrangements will be made with the winners for delivery of there prize.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will be announced on 08/20/08.
Contest Rules:
1.All work posted must be original work by the member who is posting it. If work is found to be someone else's the member(s) found in violatioin of this rule will be disqualified from this contest and any further contests that Krzyview.com may hold, until Krzyview.com and it's owner's decide otherwise.
2.No Pornography aloud. If your image contains nudity you must make it known in the Title of your post, and nudity must be tasteful and person that is nude must be over the age of 18 years old. If person in image is found to be under the age of 18, than member(s) in violation will be BANNED from anything affiliated with Krzyview.com and it's owner's, and the proper Authority's will be notified. Krzyview.com and it's owner's will push for the prosecution of any member found in violation of this rule. If an image with nudity is found to be untasteful than, member will be notified, image will be taken down and the member will have a chance to post a new entry.
3. A member may put more than one item in contest for entry, but only one entry of said member may win a prize. The member will be given the highest prize his work has won. The other prizes will be given out to the people that fall inline next according to the votes of the members.
These are the rules, follow them or proper action will be taken. If a member would like to contest our findings he does have the right to. Send all appeals to Krzyace@krzyview.com . And we will be in contact you to further discuss the findings and the appeal. No placings are and prize's cannot be appealed, all appeals pertaining to these subjects will be ignored and no response will be given, this is your notice.
All work submitted to Krzyview.com for any normal site content as well as Contest's, can be used for our advertising and marketing purposes. By posting an entry in the contest or toward normal site content, member that is making the post is giving the consent for Krzyview.com and it's owners to use there work in any publication they may choose for the promotion of Krzyview.com. Krzyview.com will not sell your work. If an inquiry is brought to Krzyview.com about purchasing copywright rites to a member's work, than Krzyview.com will notify the member and will let the member under his own discresion make arrangements with who ever is made said inquiry.
